bathurst manor toronto real estate reports3RD Quarter proved to be another strong quarter for C06 which includes Bathurst Manor and Clanton Park. Sales and Prices were up this quarter with a healthy inventory left for the remainder of the year. How we know how strong the market is the fact that prices and sales were up we still saw homes sell for 98% of lsiting price and the homes were selling within a month.

Where I was most impressed was the fact that home sales were up 21% over 2013. Housing prices increased by over 6% over the same period of last year proving that it is not due to a lack of inventory but more to do with the high demand for the area. Some of the buyers will wonder where are all the $600's houses but these numbers are based on all sales and there were many condo sales in this area that reduces the overall sales price in the area. For you typical detached ranch bungalow or detached home you are looking at more than $800 to get into this area.

Overall Bathurst Manor continues to show great numbers in the real estate market in Toronto and we don't see any signs of this changing. It is the perfect time if you are debating at selling your home and are looking for top value as we never know how long this strong sellers market will stay. If the interest rates continue to be lower we will see a remarkable 2014 in Bathurst Manor sales and prices.
